PATROLS • Regular site patrols are conducted and specified intervals. • The officer will patrol the whole of the site where accessible; checking windows, doors, gates and internal/external boundaries. • Construction plant machinery are checked and noted. • Any damage, unsecured windows or doors are logged and reported. • All vehicles on site at the start of the shift will be logged and any movement during the shift will also be reported. Laser perimeter Security
The latest addition to our Security Services Portfolio is the Laser Perimeter Protection System or in short LPPS. These systems vary in specification dependent upon the Clients requirements. LPPS can be supplied in either hard wired or wireless formats. The hard wired systems are usually deployed on long term applications of a large area. If the area to be protected has Mains power and a telephone Line available, and the presence of wires are not to the detriment of the installation nor works being conducted within the site then this could be the alternative your Security Consultant would suggest. These systems can cover any size of area. If the area to be protected does not have the benefit of Mains Power nor Telephone Line then we can supply the Wireless System. A bonus for a Temporary Site. ( this system can be deployed and operational within 3 hours ). Or where wiring may be at risk to damage from works on site. These systems will be used on areas up to 200m sq. Whether it be the Wired or Wireless alternative that is deployed, these systems are a low cost alternative to a Static Guard, and even CCTV. Giving the same level of Security for a fraction of the cost. The laser system consists of Detectors located around the perimeter of the protected area and they can cover any shape of site. The Detectors link from one to another and form an invisible detection curtain around the protected area. Should an Intruder enter this area after the system has been armed a 120 DB Siren sounds on Site and a message is sent from the LPPS to the Monitoring Station advising them of which zone has been activated to avoid confusion when the Mobile Response Officer arrives on site. Mobile Response will react immediately, arriving normally between 15 & 30 minutes dependant upon area and time. ( peak time can cause slightly longer response arrival on site ) The Siren is optional as the Client may have sound restrictions in place. An attachment which gives a high quality recorded voice message is another optional extra. Systems can be Manually Armed ( 4 digit code ) Remote Control or Text from your Mobile Phone
